How We Roll (Literally)

We know handing your dog off for an adventure isn’t something you take lightly and we don’t either. Here’s everything you need to know about how our hikes work, what to expect, and how we keep your dog safe, happy, and thriving every step of the way.

Scheduling & Communication

    • We hike Monday through Friday.

Trail locations change based on weather and group needs, but structure and safety stay the same.

    • Pickups happen early morning.

We’ll text you when we’re on the way, and again when your dog is back home.

    • Need to cancel?

No problem, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancels or no-shows may still be charged so we can keep things running smoothly.

Transportation: Safe & Comfy

Your dog will ride in our climate-controlled adventure van in their own crash-tested Ruffland kennel with water bowls, clean bedding, and airflow to keep things cool and comfy.

We take transport seriously. No overcrowding. No loose dogs. Just a calm ride with good music and better company.

Weather & Trail Safety

Hot day? We shorten the hike, choose shaded trails, and add water breaks or swimming when we can.

Too icy, stormy, or unsafe? We’ll reschedule. Your dog’s well-being is our top priority, always.

Daily Updates

We keep our packs small so we can give each dog the attention they deserve and that includes keeping you in the loop. You’ll get hike updates, photos, and honest feedback so you always know how your dog is doing.

We treat every dog like they’re part of our own crew because once they join our pack, they are.

Got questions? Curious if your dog’s a good fit?

We’re happy to chat.
